General

MJ.Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse service. Products are subject to availability and may be changed/discontinued without notice. 

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. I strive for accurate product descriptions. Custom products may vary slightly from product photos. 

Orders & Payments

When you place an order you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information. Payments are securely processed through Shopify or third-party payment services. 

Intellectual Property 

All content on this website including photos, logos, and product names are to not be copied, reproduced, or use without permission. 

Privacy

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Custom lash sets may take up to 7 business days depending on design complexity. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs depend on your location and order size. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

Shipping Carrier

All packages are currently shipped through USPS. A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped. 

Custom Orders

Please allow extra time for custom lash sets. These are made to order and are 1 of 1. All sets require precision and are ALL handmade by the CEO herself. 

Shipping Delays

MJ.Cosmetics is NOT responsible for shipping delays or incorrect address entries. Once your package is dropped off at the post office, I am no longer liable for delivery times or lost/ stolen items. Please ensure your address is correct before submitting your order. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

If your tracking shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact USPS or your local post office. MJ.Cosmetics is not responsible for stolen or lost packages but will assist you in filing a claim. 

Refund & Return Policy 

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are available due to hygienic reasons. All sales are FINAL! 

For all Build-A-Lash orders:
MJ.Cosmetics will provide a custom mock-up sketch of your lash set design within 2–3 business days after purchase. The sketch will be sent to the email or social media contact provided at checkout.

You will have 72 hours (3 calendar days) to review and approve the design. If approval is not received within this time frame, MJ.Cosmetics will proceed with creating the lash set based on the original order details submitted at checkout. No further customizations or changes will be accepted after this period.

Once the lash set is created and shipped, the order becomes final sale. No refunds or changes will be issued for delays in response or missed sketch approvals.

I encourage all customers to check their email or DMs regularly to avoid any delays/miscommunication.
